Operating Procedures are developed for each group of critical tasks required to operate the system/process/equipment. The procedures will specify the action steps required for the major operating evolutions. Procedures will incorporate Process Safety Management requirements.

The Operations Training Manual is developed to include detailed descriptions of Systems/Subsystems, including overviews, equipment descriptions, hazards, operating evolutions, troubleshooting and system monitoring. This manual will provide the primary reference material for use in the training.
