Our Methodology
We utilize a Systematic Approach to Training
Analysis --> Design --> Development --> Implementation --> Evaluation
First we analyze your plant and equipment-specific training needs and knowledge, skill, and competency requirements to make sure your training program meets your performance goals.
Next, we design a training program development and implementation strategy to support your long-range training requirements and performance goals.
Then we develop plant and equipment-specific operations and maintenance procedures and documentation to provide your people with the on-the-job information tools they need to succeed.
Once developed and approved, we implement the desired training to ensure all your people are properly trained in the safe and efficient operation of your plant. If you have trainers available we can train your trainers with Pedagogue Technical Service’s Training Workshops to give them the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed in their critical training tasks.
And lastly, we will evaluate the training received to ensure the critical training tasks have been properly learned and can be safely performed by your personnel. If there are any shortcomings, we will tweak the program to ensure that the learning process is complete and your people receive the training they need to become a viable asset to your company.
